What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Due to the fragile nature of glass and lighting, we ask that you inspect your delivery immediately. If any damage is found, contact our support team within 48 hours to arrange a replacement at no cost.
Can I return a fixture if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been installed and are in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain designer brands.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
